Summer Employment

Thanks for your interest in employment with Cliff Wold’s Outfitting.  Below is some information about our company, the job duties, and type of crew members we are looking for.

Cliff Wold’s is one of the oldest canoe trip outfitters in the Ely area, operating since 1961.  We specialize in complete outfitting, where we supply the food (our own recipes!), equipment and services that groups need for a safe and enjoyable trip.  We are a seasonal business, open from mid-May through September 30, and our busiest time of the season is during July and the first half of August.  We try to be flexible in scheduling hours and days off whenever possible, and expect the same flexibility in return.  Employees will generally work 6-8 hours per day, 5-6 days a week.  We offer competitive wages and there are raises available once one acquires more skills and is able to work independently.

If you are interested in joining our crew, please complete our online Employment Application.  Feel free to contact us by phone (218) 365-3267 or email info@cliffwolds.com with any questions you may have.
