Wanted to write to you this morning as we used your outfitting services about 3 weeks ago.  My wife and I are experienced BWCA folks and just wanted to try a new outfitter in Ely.  New to us as we have used 2-3 outfitters from Ely and a couple from the North Shore as well.

We understand the permitting process and tend to get our own permits for our adventures.  Therefore we did not use your services for the permit.  We did purchase your complete outfitting package and upgraded the canoe.

The reason for this note is simply to let you know that your team is the best we have ever experienced.  The equipment was new, packed correctly and in great shape.  The food bag was detailed by day and meals just as you explained.  No guessing where anything was placed and every item was accounted for.  The planning was perfect!

Then we get to the trip details and explanation process.  You handled that yourself and explained the area’s in detail.  Circling good camp sites and even locating some fishing holes for us.  It was a very kind and comfortable adventure.

We spent one night in the bunk house and it was very comfortable with excellent facilities.  Your travel team did the pick and drop off right on schedule.  With a genuine concern for our trip!  What a great team!
